I created this Christmas card as a personal project, featuring custom cursive lettering for “Maligayang Pasko” (Merry Christmas in Tagalog). I wanted a design that felt more personal—something I couldn’t find in stores.
I wanted the lettering to feel festive and detailed—a mix of graceful script and classic serif styles.
“Maligayang” is inspired by Ken Barber’s Lettering Manual, while “Pasko” takes cues from Jessica Hische’s In Progress.
I finished the artwork in Adobe Illustrator for that crisp, clean vector look I love.
